Forex Growth Bot Settings:
Magic Number (All Versions) – This is the number used to track trades by the Forex
Growth
Bot.
ClosePreviousSessionOrders (All Versions) – This option will ask you to close out trades if MT4
restarts.
0 – Will not ask to close.
1 – Asked to confirm then close.
2 – Automatically close on restart.
Assign TP and SL (All Versions) – Set stop loss and take profit in trades, instead of
hiding. This
will cause Wave Trailing and Reinvest Capital to
deactivate for Power version. As they are
contingent on not utilizing stop loss and take profit.
This function can decrease profitable
performance based on our tests.
Internal Controls (All Versions) – Will check constantly to make sure lot sizes and
trades match
that of the internal robot conditions. If user makes
change or if anything goes wrong, this will
help rectify the issue.
If internal controls are OFF, then logic of EA can be
thrown off if any adjustments are made to
trades. If trades are closed manually please restart
MT4 to make sure no issues arise.
ManualTradeControl (All Versions) – This will turn off the robots ability to close trades.
Thus if
you close out trades manually or use trailing stop EA
with Forex Growth Bot it will not have
issues, and you will not need to restart mt4. Do NOT
change this setting while in open trade or
trades will close or be lost control of, depending on
ClosePreviousOrderSettings. This will turn
off Internal controls and Assign SL and TP.
MaxTradesPerSideAllowed( Advanced & Power ) – This function allows you to put a limit on
the number of trades opened at a time on buy and sell
trades.
BotComment (Advanced & Power) – Allows you to set the trade comments for each trade.
FIFO (All Versions) – If you are using a US Broker FIFO is required, please
set it to true,
otherwise set it to false. By default it will be
false.
Lot Size (Default is 0.1) (All Versions) – Forex Growth Bot will use this as the Lot size for
each
trade. Note that Forex Growth Bot can start as many as
3-5 trades at a time.
Fast Volatility Base (Default is 5) (All Versions) – period in bars for Fast Volatility, this may not
make sense as this is part of the strategy that
remains a secret, but access to this lets you tweak
the robot to test and improve performance.
Slow Volatility Base (Default is 60) (All Versions) - period in bars for Slow Volatility, this may
not make sense as this is part of the strategy that
remains a secret, but access to this lets you
tweak the robot to test and improve performance.
Volatility Factor (Default is 2.0) (All Versions) – Fast Volatility Base to Slow Volatility Base ratio.
When it is more than zero the system makes entry to a
long position and if it’s less than zero
the system makes entry to short position. This is part
of the strategy and thus may not make
complete sense, but used for tweaking.
Profit Target (Default is 0.5 or 50% from Profit Loss
Volatility Base) (Advanced and Power) –
Value of the profit target for each trade. This is a
percentage the lower the percentage, the
lower the take profit.
Stop Loss (Default is 0.2 or 20% from Profit Loss
Volatility Base) (Advanced and Power) –
Value of the Stop Loss for each trade. The lower the
stop loss percentage the lower the stop
loss will be used.
Profit Loss Volatility Base (Default is 50) (Advanced
And Power Version) – period in
bars for
calculation profit target & stop loss. EA
calculates High and Low for Profit Loss Volatility Base
with this number of bars and then use it as base for
Profit Target & Stop Loss.
Smart Exit (All Versions) – (Default on) If after 18 hours if profits are over 40% of take
profit,
the robot will automatically close the trades. If
after 30 minutes if profit is in a loss 60% from
stop loss, then close trade out early to prevent
further losses.
Wave trailing and Trail Pips will not work at the same
time. If both wave trailing is true and
trail profit risk is above 0, the robot will use wave
trailing.
Re-Invest Capital (Default is false) (Power Version) -
This will increase the lot size by .05 lots
for each $2250 profit.
Trail Target & Trail Pips (Advanced and Power
Versions) – Trail target is the number of
pips in
profit at which time the trail pips, similar to
trailing stop activates. This means that is trail
target is 100, and profit is at 100 pips, then trail
pip will activate. If trail pips is 20, then the
robot will close if the profit goes down to 80 pips.
If pip profit increases then stop loss will
move up so there is always a 20 stop loss (or whatever
number you choose). This is checked
every tick. Will NOT work with Assign SL and TP set
TRUE.
Use Wave Trailing (Default is false) (Power Version) –
Wave trailing is an advanced system that
trails the profit take and stop loss. Helps improve
profits. Wave Trailing (Default is "40-80;40-
80;40-80;40") this string defines the Wave
Trailing rule. This is semicolon separated string with
Wave ranges. Default Wave Trailing rule defines three
